A free meeting should leave enough room for the discussion, not just the introductions. Aiinak Meet supports free video meetings up to 60 minutes per session and up to 100 participants. You can run additional sessions, but one free session still has a time limit. This guide explains how to use that allowance for a useful conversation without assuming paid recording or AI Twin features are included.

Know the allowance before inviting people#

The free plan has a 60-minute session limit and a maximum of 100 participants. Meeting chat and screen sharing are part of the free-plan feature description. Cloud recording and AI Twin are not included. Check the current pricing page when you need a longer uninterrupted session, recording or a personal meeting stand-in.

Do not combine storage allowances from different apps in your plan. Meeting storage and the separate 50GB personal Aiinak Drive offer are different allocations. A personal storage account also does not purchase an AI employee or a business workspace subscription.

Choose an agenda that fits the hour#

For an illustrative 60-minute project meeting, reserve five minutes for context, fifteen for updates, twenty for discussion, ten for decisions and ten for questions and next steps. These are planning suggestions, not a requirement of the app. Shorten the agenda when the group is small rather than filling the available hour automatically.

Send the purpose and documents before the call. Name the decision you want to make and distinguish it from items that only need an update. If a topic needs a separate session, assign its owner before moving on.

Prepare the call and the material#

Before the group arrives, check your camera, microphone, browser permissions and connection. Test screen sharing with the particular window or document you intend to show. Close unrelated tabs and notifications that could expose information during the presentation.

Tell invitees how to join and what they should prepare. For a client conversation, use a sample or approved document for the demonstration. The availability of a meeting link does not make every topic or file suitable for every attendee.

Finish with a decision record#

Reserve time at the end to identify the decision, the owner of each next step and its due date. Share an approved written recap rather than assuming a free meeting automatically creates an unlimited recording archive. Verify any automated text before using it as the agreed record.

A shared document or selected Drive file can support the follow-up. Review the recipient and access setting before sending a link. An exported copy or independent backup may be appropriate for material you need to retain.

Compare time limits honestly#

Zoom Basic documents a 40-minute meeting limit; Google Meet documents 60-minute group meetings for personal Google accounts. Aiinak’s 60-minute allowance gives more time than a 40-minute session, but it is not longer than every free alternative. Check the other features, account requirements and current terms before choosing.

For a workshop that cannot tolerate a break, confirm the paid duration and account configuration in advance. Starting another free session may be acceptable for an informal group, but it should not be presented as unlimited duration for a single call.
