An AI meeting assistant, a personal AI Twin, and an AI employee solve related but different problems. Choosing between them starts with the responsibility you want to delegate: helping with a meeting, representing you in a supported meeting, or carrying out ongoing business work.

This guide explains the distinction within Aiinak. Review the current product features and plan allowances before choosing a workflow. A shared account across the suite does not mean that free meeting access includes a paid Twin allowance or that a Twin subscription purchases an AI employee.

Start with the meeting workflow#

Aiinak Meetings provides video meetings with transcription, summaries, and AI meeting assistance. A useful starting evaluation is a normal meeting: who joins, which features are available, what output is produced, and how the participants review it.

A meeting assistant can support that workflow, but its output still needs review. Check names, decisions, and follow-up actions against the actual conversation. A summary that reads well is not independent proof that every important point was captured correctly.

What a personal AI Twin changes#

Aiinak Twin is a personal stand-in prepared with your knowledge and instructions for supported meetings. The setup needs more than a meeting link: the Twin needs the context it should use and boundaries for what it may say or do.

Prepare the purpose of the meeting, the information it should rely on, and the questions that need a person’s attention. Do not assume the Twin knows an updated decision or document simply because it was discussed elsewhere. Check the knowledge you provide and the supported participation workflow.

Use a preparation checklist#

  • What is the purpose of this meeting?
  • Which facts and documents should the Twin use?
  • What can it explain, and what should remain unresolved for your review?
  • Which participation and recording requirements apply to the meeting setup?
  • Who will review the result and handle follow-up?

Keep the first evaluation narrow. A representative meeting with a clear purpose is easier to inspect than an open-ended instruction to represent you in every conversation. Confirm that the platform and meeting configuration are supported before expecting a Twin to join.

Review the plan separately from the preparation#

Twin plans have their own hours and feature inclusions. Free video meetings do not establish a paid Twin allowance, and face-avatar features depend on the selected Twin plan. Use the current meeting and Twin pricing page to review the available options.

Check the allowance against the meetings you actually plan to use. Review any extra-hour or feature requirements before purchase. A carefully prepared Twin and the right commercial allowance address different parts of the setup; both need to fit the workflow.

How an AI employee differs#

An Aiinak AI employee has a business role, its own communication identity, and access to supported business apps. The responsibility may include sales follow-up, recruiting, support, or operational coordination over time.

That is different from a personal stand-in for a particular meeting. Before choosing an employee plan, define the recurring work, the apps it needs, the permissions it should receive, and where a person approves or checks the result. An employee’s actions are bounded by supported capabilities and the configured controls.

Keep the handoff reviewable#

After a meeting, review the available output before acting on follow-up. Check the information and decisions that matter to your business. Keep unresolved points visible and involve the responsible person where a commitment or further action needs review.

Use Notes in Mail for working context and Tasks for follow-through where they fit your process. Use a document or an operational system when that is the correct place to retain the result. Do not assume every application connection has already been configured because the products share a brand.

Choose one clear starting point#

If you need to host or join a meeting with AI assistance, review Meetings. If you need a prepared personal stand-in for a supported meeting, evaluate Twin. If you need ongoing business work carried out across supported apps, bring that role to an AI employee workflow demo.

The suite directory shows how those offers fit together. Choose the responsibility first, inspect the actual workflow, and confirm the appropriate plan and permissions before expanding it.
