A public booking page is a promise about your availability. Before sharing it, make sure the appointment you describe matches the time a customer can select and the work your team can deliver. Use this checklist to prepare an Aiinak Booking page and test the workflow around it. It is a setup guide, not a claim that every advanced scheduling feature is included.

Define one service first#

Write down the purpose, duration, provider and preparation for a single appointment type. A useful name tells the customer what they are reserving, such as a project discovery call or an introductory lesson. Explain what the session covers and what it does not.

Choose a duration that leaves room for the actual conversation and any necessary handoff. If the appointment includes a free Aiinak video meeting, plan within its 60-minute session limit unless another meeting plan has been arranged.

Prepare the availability#

Set the working availability for the service or provider and inspect the resulting public times. Check at least one normal working day and one date that should not be available. Review the time zone shown to the visitor and the appointment record.

Do not publish times based on an assumed integration. If external calendar sync or a specialised availability rule is required, verify it for your configuration. Document how someone on the team will update the schedule when the provider’s availability changes.

Review the public page before sharing it#

Open the page as a visitor and check the service description, provider, duration and selectable times. Read the text on a phone as well as on the device used by the person setting it up. Remove internal wording that a customer would not understand.

Check every link that supports the appointment. A preparation document should have appropriate access, and a meeting destination should point to the service you intend to use. Sharing a public appointment page should not expose unrelated internal files or private schedules.

Test a safe appointment scenario#

Use a suitable test slot and review the selected time and resulting record with the person who will handle it. Check what information is collected and whether the team can identify the right service. Confirm the supported notification and change-management process before inviting real customers.

Only make a test booking when you can safely manage the slot and its notifications. This article does not create one automatically. Avoid using an important customer address or reserving a production appointment merely to see what the button does.

Make the handoff part of the service#

Decide who reviews a new booking, who prepares for the appointment and where the next steps will be recorded. For a support consultation, that might include a Helpdesk ticket; for a client meeting, it might include a shared document and an agreed recap.

Review access and plan terms for each app involved. Booking, video meetings, personal Drive storage, business workspaces and AI employees have distinct allowances and permissions. Publish the page when the full path is understandable to the customer and manageable for the team.

Explore the workflow#
