Aiinak Business Workspace vs Personal Account: Setup Guide
Create an Aiinak business workspace, review Starter allowances and understand how team setup differs from personal upgrades and AI employees.
Aiinak Team
If you already use Aiinak Mail, Drive or Meet personally, creating a business workspace is a separate step. A workspace gives you a company setup for your team; buying more personal storage or opening a personal inbox does not create it automatically.
This guide explains which path to choose, what you can do during setup and how workspace allowances differ from paid application upgrades and AI employees.
Choose the path that matches the job#
| You want to… | Start here |
|---|---|
| Use an individual inbox, personal files or meetings | Open the relevant Aiinak product and review its personal options. |
| Set up a company and manage its team | Create a business workspace. |
| Increase personal Drive capacity | Review personal storage plans in Drive; this is separate from shared workspace storage. |
| Connect a company email domain | Start a workspace, then complete domain setup and verification. |
| Delegate an ongoing business role | Review an AI employee workflow demo, scope and pricing. |
| Connect finance, sales, POS, inventory or procurement | Evaluate Tellency ERP and CRM with the required modules and implementation scope. |
Create a business workspace in two stages#
- Sign in. Open business workspace signup. Choose Google, Microsoft or the email/password option. If you already have an Aiinak identity, use the corresponding sign-in.
- Name the workspace. Complete the workspace details shown in setup. You can add the team and connect a domain later.
Using a Gmail or Microsoft address to sign in does not require you to migrate that mailbox immediately. Connecting a mailbox, adding a company domain and setting up the company are distinct tasks. You should not need to invent a new company email address before you own or configure its domain.
What the current Starter allowance includes#
New Aiinak Workspace Starter setups currently include one free mailbox with 5GB of mail storage and 10GB of shared Drive storage. The setup catalog lists Mail, Calendar, Contacts, basic Drive, Booking and Meet's free plan; each product's feature limits still apply. Existing workspaces can have retained allowances that differ from this new-workspace policy.
Review the live setup summary before continuing. A business workspace is not a promise of unlimited free users, unlimited shared storage or every paid product feature. Paid mailbox upgrades, personal app plans and AI employees are separate.
The optional Business trial is not an AI-employee trial#
Eligible new workspaces can choose an optional 14-day Business trial during setup. The displayed trial offers up to ten mailboxes with 50GB each and 50GB of shared Drive. It does not automatically charge the workspace when it ends; without an explicit paid upgrade, the workspace returns to its free allowance.
Confirm the trial terms shown for your workspace and understand what happens if usage exceeds the free allowance at the end. The workspace trial does not mean a paid AI employee or a complete Tellency ERP implementation has been purchased.
Add people and connect the business domain deliberately#
Decide who owns the workspace and who needs access before inviting the team. Use the mailbox and user allowances shown for your setup. If a paid upgrade is needed, review the billing summary and whether it charges every active mailbox rather than only seats above a free allowance.
For a company domain, keep access to its registrar or DNS provider and follow the values supplied by the domain setup flow. The custom-domain email guide explains the preparation and delivery checks. Domain registration and historical email migration are separate from creating the workspace.
Existing personal files and purchases remain separate decisions#
A personal Drive storage subscription does not increase the workspace's shared capacity. Creating a workspace also does not automatically move every personal file into company ownership. Review what should be shared or transferred and verify the resulting permissions before relying on the new arrangement.
For an agency or other team delivering files to clients, use the large-file sharing checklist to test access as both an intended recipient and an unrelated account.
When to evaluate AI employees or Tellency#
If the next step is delegating calls, follow-ups, hiring or another defined role, book a workflow demo. Bring a recurring task and the tools it needs. Review the proposed permissions, approvals, workload allowances and price before committing.
If the business needs connected operational records, evaluate Tellency ERP and CRM. Discuss modules, users, implementation and agent access separately from basic workspace setup. For the purchasing distinctions, see the AI employee pricing guide.
